This is the wedding group of the couple from our rama, this other couple was in the session with us. They live about an 18 hour drive from the temple. It happened that Edwin (our groom) served his mission where the fellow was from so they knew each other. I had helped his wife during the session, and thought she was such a pretty girl. They had their sealings done right after Edwin and Carolina, so it was fun. Afterwards they wanted our picture with them.
I thought is was nice that they could share their day with friends, since they had come alone.
The day before the wedding was spent in a tough all-day interview with President Lozano. We finished the day by inviting Gladys to join us for dinner. She lives in or near Sandy, and is very involved in the Spanish community there. She is a very close friend of the Lozano family, Pres. Lozano was her Bishop here in Colombia. Sister Lozano is in Utah visiting her daughter and son-in-law, who just graduated from BYU, he has a new job, and they are now living near Erika and Dean. This was May first, a holiday, and we had a "hard" time finding a place open where we could eat.
