Golden Wedding Anniversary

OK, I totally lost September and October, and now we are well into November! These are random fotos of our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Mariachi band, good food and great friends, and we got to share it with Janna and Riley!

For old folks, we cut a pretty good rug!

Me and "the guys", but I think "the guys" liked this one better. How to go Riley!

This is Sindi and her mom, Sindi follows Kassidy on the BYU Soccer page because Sindi loves soccer (futbol).

This cute card and beautiful floral arrangement, built around a pineapple, were from some of students in Socorro. Thanks, Erika, Adriana, and Estafania.
A total surprise was when Erika quietly go up and sang a beautiful song to us. Her brother came
with her.

Wearing the mariachi hats seemed to be important, who were we to refuse? After a very nice song, I went over to the guy whose hat I had, and thanked him for the nice present and souvenir. He kind of hesitated, and then smiled, and hoped I was just kidding.

This is our landlord greeting Wayne, he loves to see how big Wayne's hands are, and how tall he is!

Miscellaneous friends:
Pedro Nel
Our Neighbors

The kids
Juan Carlos our SENA & Tennis pal

Jesus Avila, a dhurch member and great supporter of our English class

Afterwards, we are reviewing with Esperanza how to make the English "V" sound.

Janna was a trouper, was pretty sick but saw the night through to the end. Here she is texting about Kassidy's game, and it turns out Kass scored her first goal on our anniversary!

You can all probably imagine how nice it was to see some of our family!

Here Janna is doing an excellent job of talking with our neighbors.

Keeping Dad company!

Jairo finally is taller than Wayne! He and his wife Leidi are going to the Temple next week! He is on one of the first blogs, his baptism required that the fire truck fill the font, because there was no water to the area that day!

Esperanza wishing us well in her very best English!

The Chapmans are from Florida, and came down from the MTC with us. They return home on Dec. 2

Angel and his family.

Andrea is just great, and you can see how well she and Riley hit it off. MNBFF?

I hope the next fifty are as great!!!!!!!!
This was very random, I may post some more anniversary ones as I come across them, but also have some other ones to post, just need to find time. This was a very special experience for us because of the efforts of many. Thanks to all who participated, and for the very nice book we received from the family. We feel very blessed to have had this time together, we treasure our time with our family and friends.
Love,
Los Hermanos Jenson
